1. Heat oven to 375. Cover carrots with a very light layer of coconut oil, sprinkle lemon pepper, cayenne, garlic and pink salt on top and spray again to retain moisture.
2. Massage individual organic chicken breast with coconut oil (to make more tender) and cover in1 tsp of raw honey, then add desired amounts of cayenne, garlic, pink salt, black pepper and dried parsley.
3. Place the carrots and chicken on a baking sheet or stone and cook at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes while covered with foil (prevents food from drying out too much) and then roast uncovered for another10 minutes, or until it's as crispy as you would like for it to be.
