Pitaya Dragon Smoothie Bowl

Are you craving something sweet but don't want to harm your healthy with added sugar or excess dairy? This naturally sweet, antioxidant packed smoothie bowl could be just what you have been looking for.

5 minutes


1 packet frozen dragonfruit

1 medium frozen banana

4 frozen strawberries

1 tsp. vanilla Garden of Life Protein

1 tsp. almond butter

2 tsp. unsweetened cashew milk


1. In full-sized blender, blend frozen banana, dragonfruit, strawberries and 2 tsp. cashew milk for approximately 30 seconds.

2. Add in protein powder, almond butter, and blend on a higher speed until smooth, thick consistency is achieved. Add more cashew milk if not yet fully blended, or if thinner consistency is desired.

3. With a spoon, scoop out frozen desert and place into cup or bowl.

Optional: Add almond butter and sliced bananas to bottom of dish, and then top with granola. Our granola of choice is Purely Elizabeth's gluten-free granola.
